28th June ‘25: rest day then longer ride

Lazy day yesterday; no blog update, no exercise. I think I need one of those from time to time.

Back on it today – early rise to beat the heat; another mini heatwave in the uk, which will be sticking around for a few more days… we don’t cope too well when it gets above 30.
